Think “acai bowl.” Then think, “but better.” This icy, fruity, zesty concoction is a great way to frontload some much-needed nutrition first thing in the morning – and, while you’re at it, throw in some JoeFroyo for a caffeine boost and sustained energy from premium lactose-free cultured milk. For all those times you thought, “I wish I could eat JoeFroyo with a spoon, so I could savor it longer.” Dreams, meet reality.

½ Cup Ice Cold JoeFroyo
1 ¼ Cup Mixed Berries (Frozen)
1 Heaping Tablespoon Nut Butter (peanut, almond, cashew)
1 Large Banana
3 Tablespoons Granola
3 Tablespoons Sliced Strawberries
4 Slices of Apples
2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
1 Tablespoon Pumpkin Seeds

Combine JoeFroyo, mixed berries, nut butter, and ½ banana in a blender and blend on low until it’s the consistency of a thick smoothie. Add chia seeds and mix well. Transfer to a bowl. Slice the remaining ½ banana. Arrange slices, along with strawberries and granola, in neat piles on top. Enjoy!
